Returns Within 30 Days

We offer a 30-day return policy for any unused items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

12-Month Warranty

All our products come with a 12-month warranty, which covers any defects related to normal wear and tear. If your item becomes faulty within this period, we will repair or replace it, ensuring you receive a product that meets our high standards.

Extended Chirstmas Returns

To make christmas shopping more convenient, we extend our return period during the Christmas season. Purchases made between December 21st and January 2nd can be returned until February 2nd, giving you extra time to decide if the item is right for you.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact us using the form at the top of this page. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Label: We will issue a return label for your unwanted items. A nominal fee of £3.50 will be charged to cover the postage cost for unopened, and unwanted goods.
3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest postal service.
4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Terms and Conditions

• Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included.
• The 12-month warranty covers defects not due to normal wear and tear and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
• The £3.50 return postage fee is non-refundable.
• Extended holiday returns apply only to items purchased between December 21st and January 2nd.
